Programming

We structure our training in 2-month blocks, focusing on specific projects related to Strength, Mobility, and Movement. While our projects remain consistent, classes are designed with diverse exercises to keep things fresh.

 

This approach ensures variety in movement while allowing students to deepen their skills and see progress in targeted areas. We emphasise proper technique and individualized progress to help you become stronger, more skilled, mobile, fluid, and aware.
