The rules are simple. Accumulate throughout every day in June, 5 minutes of hanging time to transform your shoulder strength, flexibility, and grip strength.
An optional extra is to practice handbalancing at a progression appropriate to you for at least 1 minute.
This is completely free, and is open to everyone. Receive group feedback, support, and ideas in the WhatsApp group. Share video of your efforts and progress to Instagram stories and tag Totum Movement to stay accountable and in the running for a free sauna session.
