Your journey begins with an easy-to-follow self-assessment that helps you pinpoint your exact progression from 0-20 across 6 strength & flexibility measures. This helps you identify areas for improvement, and guides your practice from day one.

Once you have your score in each of the core strength and flexibility measures, you will receive short (15 min), effective, and fully adaptable to your level, daily workouts designed to help you make steady gains across the main areas of movement - upper, mid, and lower body and flexion & extension for each - for a full body program.

With a short daily practice, at the right intensity, it will be impossible not to make measurable gains. After 2-3 months, recheck your assessments to measure progress and stay motivated as you see real improvements over time. Feel the satisfaction of progress and the drive to keep going.
